Lucidtone announces their first commercially available guitar pedal, the Lucidtone AM/FM Dual Theremin. From their description, I can't tell if it's actually meant to be used as a guitar effect, but the 2 opto-theremins on board can be used for FM modulation, with one theremin controlling the other (and you thought it was hard to control just 1 theremin!) Unfortunately, no audio or video clips yet.
