Moog make etherwave power supplies for the UK.
You'll find a list of UK vendors here (http://www.hhb.co.uk/hhb/uk/source/dealers/area.asp?item=moog).
Not all of them sell the power supplies, so you'll have to visit of their websites and use their searches. Also you should ring ahead as not all of them carry them in stock. And please don't go to Sounds Live. A friend of mine tried them because they were apparently the cheapest, and ended up cancelling the order after they seemingly did nothing for three weeks and then told him the price had gone up!
(And no, there was no legal recourse - website are not covered by the sale of goods act.)
