Sorry to hear you are still experiencing the email trouble. Not much has changed since your emails unfortunately.

Except for the times when the site is completely down email notifications seem to be working.
I've been testing with more threads now and I am definately getting email notifications. So I still wonder if it has something to do with Comcast. Please don't worry, I didn't think you were ignoring us.

If you have a second email address, maybe try a free one, and use it for a while in your profile and let me know if you still do not get the notifications.

And at least it's not the worst thing in the world to read through the forums, I'm trying to every day just to keep up with everybody.

This issue is on our radar, but we do not have any solid leads yet.

Hey Tom G., any luck with using a different email address?

Have been testing and enlisted help from someone else and we got alerts.
Other things I'm curious about - any possible error in the way the data was input in your profile info; if one particular thread is not spawning alerts (if it's a more obscure and specific case showing a bug.)

Any additional info. might help, we cannot find the cause of the issue yet, all logs seem normal. Thanks - jh

I've just changed the e-mail in my profile to an alternate one which is still through comcast just to see what happens. If I still don't get notifications, I'll try a yahoo adress, or something.

Thanks.

Hope your new email has been working.
We haven't found any other issues related to it, except when the site is down.

I know you have been very concerned about all the increased spam too, we're getting even more of it as admin emails too. I've been adding in every step I can in this platform to prevent the bots from submitting, and hardening the site as much as possible, as well as adjusting the complex forum queries to reduce the massive table scans to help with up time.
