Ok. So….
I have a car but don’t think of myself as a great driver.
I have a computer but don’t think of myself as a hacker.
I have a pool table but don’t think of myself as a great player.
I have a sex drive but don’t think of myself as a great lover.

I might as well jump in so I can have something else I’m not great at.

so I bought this (http://www.samedaymusic.com/productreview--BIGETHERWAVEKIT)
order number sdm827324
shipping to 66118

I bought the kit cause I want to stain the wood rather than have it painted black.

I’m hoping that Kevin will do me the honor of playing it to make sure it works correctly after I put it together. Hell... he might even autograph it *wink, wink*

I'm sure you'll have a lot of fun with it. Just be careful not to mistake your Jacob's Ladder for a pitch antenna.

That's the same reason I bought the kit. I like the color I stained it (Ace paints - colonial maple) better the black.

Also, pay attention to what you're doing - or you'll end up with the antennas slightly askew like I did.

Good luck with it.

I checked in wikipedia, and I think Stu means they caught fire (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aske_%28album%29), or possibly they rebelled (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Aske_%28political_leader%29) and had to be executed.

Or perhaps, like my head, they are just a bit skew-whiff (http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/askew).

Sorry about the typo there, I can't tell if the problem is my keyboard or my fingers. Or maybe I try to treat my laptop like my Theremin - try to get it to do what I want without touching it.

Buddy,

Congratulations on your purchase.

Well, of course, I'd be honored to play it. :)

I’m sure you guys and gals are getting tired of seeing my posts.

But I’m just excited and my hands are clean (taking a break from a clutch job) so I can actually touch the keyboard.

I’ve check my tracking number and it is in the UPS center here in town so I’ll have my Etherwave kit in my hands tomorrow morning.

Now the down side, I’m 1/2 way in to this clutch job. So I’ll have to finish the clutch tomorrow night. So I wont have time to start putting the kit together.

Wednesday night I’ll have all the time in the world to do things right with plenty of pictures, but I don’t get a wifi signal where I’m at on Wednesdays so I wont be able to post anything until Thursday night.

I’m so anxious I could just pee my pants.

see you all then...

buddy
