Clara Rockmore's Theremin--Volume Circuit

I’ve built a pretty good sounding Theremin using the great info from Mark M. and Arthur Harrison. I’m very grateful to you both.

Now I’m wanting a faster responding volume circuit like Clara Rockmore’s.

I’ve built a circuit using Bob Moog’s sketch but the values are not given. Does anyone have any idea how I can get those values?
