There's a callsign mentioned for him, a K2 call if I remember right, I wonder if he was very active on the air? Intentionally I mean.

I was actually wondering what happened to his call sign, if anyone had done anything with it as a memorial.

Apparently his call sign was K2AMH.

It is not in either of the databases you mentioned, lowfer.

Joined: 1/28/2007 and which is a sort of appendage of don't have it. The fcc itself has records, whether they'll share them is another thing.

But it looks like someone has done the research.

I myself gave up what a lot of people would consider a very desirable callsign a couple of years ago, it will be interesting to see who ends up with it in a few years.
