Wanted - Theremin line on short film

Hi,

We've just completed a short film about a man who discovers his house is haunted. The movie is a comedy and runs for about 10 minutes. I would really like to have a theremin line over our existing music in about 6 places to enhance the ghostly action and was hoping someone might be able to help.

I can provide you with a movie file with some notes on where we would like some extra ghostly thememin. If you are able to send back a wav we can mix it in this end.

We are a cooperative so we give our time for free on these projects. For more information, go to http://www.porkchoppictures.com/. Sadly this means there is no budget for this but hopefully it would be fun and will be a great showpiece.

The other challenge is that the film is being shown on this Saturday (7th of July) so we need it done this week.

If you think you might be able to help, please drop me an email at leigh@povprods.com.

Thank you in advance.

Guys - I may be able to help you out. It depends what you are looking for - if you want something even vaguely in tune, then it's not me. :-)

Here's my yT channel - decide for yourselves.

I'm at the NW end of the Met line, near Watford, so ideally you could come here one weekday and we could work up something together rather than sending files back and forth.

Hi Gordon,

I've looked at your youtube clips and I think you'd be perfect. We don't need a particular melody just a ghostly sound similar to your flowerpot and moths clips.

I'd love to come and work with you on this but I don't know if it's going to be practical as the film is being shown on Saturday.

I'm doing the day job 8.30 - 6.00 Thursday and Friday. I could possibly come up tomorrow but I wouldn't get there until at least 8pm. Let me know what you'd like to do.

kindest regards,

Leigh

I trust you'll get a music credit for the spooky woo woos. You may need an agent after this. :-)

A credit is promised. Needing an agent seems unlikely. It was fun. :-)
