I'm curious.  Like on facebook, would you want to be notified (via e-mail and/or an "inbox" feature) when people reply to comments you've posted or leave comments on your photos?

If it's not too big a hassle, that feature would be nice.

Jason, I want to personally thank you for an outstanding web site. It's just so cool to interact with great theremin players like Rob, Peter, Thomas, and soon to be famous players like Amey. If Lydia shows up, I'll probably soil myself.

@Jason I thought that's what's been going on with the subscribe feature on threads. No? But yeh, I'd want to know when people reply to my posts, comments, and or photo comments. :)

Thanks. Yep, we have an email notification feature for forums, but we don't have it for comments.  I am working out how I can add a notification inbox so you can quickly find activity on forum threads you have posted on or articles/photos you have commented on.  As an option, you could also choose to be notified by email too.  If I can get that all working, I might just remove the current email subscriptions on threads in favor of the new system.

Soon, we'll have to rename the site to "thereminbook" 😃

Please, NO!

As someone who passionately hates facebook, the idea of this superb site going in that direction sends numinous shivers down my spine!

Haha... hmmmm that's weird to think of myself as "famous". Maybe call me "Huge theremin enthousiast that breathes it even when I am sleeping". That pretty much sums up my love affair with this peculiar instrument!

But that's flattering to read this from another fellow theremin lover. Thank you, you made my day :) :)

"Huge theremin enthousiast that breathes it even when I am sleeping" Amey.

If memory serves, Peter said something similar about himself.

You have come very far, very fast.

Just the fax, mam'
