Big Hands, tips for taller/bigger people?

Hey all,

I got in my first good-quality theremin, an Etherwave Plus, and I have found that being a taller and bigger person with large hands has made my stance and movements a lot more cramped and harder to control (than, for example, Clara Rockmore who is a very petite person).

Obviously this control comes with time, but are there any good tips and tricks to ease and help the development of my technique?

Let me know.

Thanks everyone.

And as I am reading more and more I am finding that the Arial Fingering thread is probably one of the most helpful threads out there.

Most of what I need is out there already, just have to find it.

Thanks all, best of luck to other beginners, off to practice so more.
