Hello Jim,

Welcome to Theremin World. I use to swim in the Red River as a kid about 100 miles from you. It was just outside of Wichita Falls, I never did find any Falls. (-'

I was curious, why that particular theremin model. It is a beautiful cabinet.

Thanks, Christopher...

I do, indeed, want a full cabinet that is a quality instrument. RCA is out and EtherVox is also probably out unless I can find one under $5,000 or so.

I'm open to other suggestions....other brands...other ideas. If I can't find anything used, I will probably buy a new Wavefront. It's about $2,200. My hope is to find a Wavefront for less than a thousand.

Have cash

Will travel

Re: Kaufman, TX

I moved here from Dallas to ditch the big city problems. I run a business in Dallas and am a 'supercommuter'. The only good thing is these murders are highly directed and I don't feel at risk. All in all, this is a very safe community.

Well, I have one at home...

I have been toying with the idea of selling mine for a while now... But it is left handed. It was right handed before and was sent to Gene Segal (maker) to have it "reversed" it wasn't costly (like $125) to do that, so you could do that as well.

Most Wavefront will NOT sell for below $1,000 unless there is a lot of work to do on them. This being said, I would let it go for a little more than $1,000 and shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.

If you are interested, please send me a message on here :)

The new TW private messaging system found in the upper right corner of this webpage started up a week ago, I think of it as the Theremin Underground. No one knows what lurks beneath the surface!  You've got mail - Jim does (-'
