I went to the site to vote for the theremin guy but he spelled theremin wrong and mentioned an EM field that envelops the patient. I voted for the individual from India that is trying to help the disabled communicate when someone has limited ability. To be able to give a simple yes or no can be life changing. He was tapping into breath sensing but in a past life, 80's, I developed for one individual an IR eye blinking 2D alphabet scan technique. Today it would be much easier as an Arduino Project.

"ThereNIM" is a play on "theremin".  The "NIM" part stands for Non-Invasive Monitoring.
