Email notifications for private messages haven't been working for a while, but I think I have them fixed now. If you receive a PM and you've opted into email notifications, you should get them now. If you don't, please let me know.
Also note, as a resulting of fixing this, you might get a flood of backlogged email notifications. My apologies for the deluge :)
