'Rare' RCA Theremin Schematic & Service Notes on Ebay

I unfortunately cannot glean much information about the nature of these notes from the Ebay page, but thought that somebody might be interested:

They're likely xeroxed copies of the RCA service notes and manual, both of which have been scanned as PDF documents and are available to download for free from many sites.

"Rare" is a relative term, especially on Ebay.
