There is a bug - I think if the first (only) posting on a page is deleted, you get the error message as that page isnt removed from the index.. as soon as there is a post on that page, it all works again..
I have nothing to add to this thread, but at least folks know theres a real page here and dont get lost in space...!

Ok, its not just the first post - looks like if any posts are deleted resulting in a page having no posts in it, the problem occurs.. I had to add a dummy page, so presumably at least two posts had been deleted (probably in a spam clean-up).
