Looks like Behringer is clearing out their line of keyboard amplifiers, such as the K450FX, K900FX, etc. I just ordered a K450Fx from Musicians Friend for 150, free shipping. Apparently they are going to discontinue this line.

I don't know beans about amps, but think I got a lot for my money with the KFX900--can't locate the receipt right now, though. Oodles of special effects; pretty good reviews; connections for all sorts of things. I have headphones and a cd player hooked up to it, and plan to get a footswitch to turn the effects on and off when I find one at a satisfactory price. (I ordered one, but it had been discontinued.) If they're marked down to clearance prices, I'd suggest taking a serious look a them. Let me know what you think of yours, Philip (and anyone else).

I found the receipt--same price last August as now, $200 and free shipping for the K900FX. (I'm sure 90 watts is overkill for me.)

My main incentive is that my Fender KXR100 is an absolute pig to move, even with the casters on it. Its a nice amp with spring reverb, but who wants to move it??

Spring reverb--that's one (actually three) of those mysterious settings on my Behringer amp...
