@Chris:

The problem with Bose in Europe is that the professional equipment is only sold by a very few authorized dealers. But you might find one on bose.de by clicking on "Händler" and then selecting "Händler für Musiker". The product info can be found by clicking on "Professional sound" in the header.

...Thierry, merci...

...i have found the information - problem was i also found the price ;o)

...but i am reading the specs right now and dream a little (being stuck with some problem in my bed for the third day now anyway - just distracting me from my hopes that i'll somehow manage to go to that Paolo Conte concert tonight)...

Chris, I wish you a good recovery. In case you may not be able to see Paolo Conte tonight I will sing "Sotto le stelle del jazz" for you in Lippstadt. ;-)

Hang onto that thought about a "small boutique amp for theremin".

I have designed just such a thing. Now if it would just stop raining long enough for me to build the diamond speaker and stand ...

Dae23, Congrats on the diamond speakers. They look fantastic. I've had a look, and I'm certainly going to get one as soon as finances permit.

Great work!

I hope to have some photos and details of a really cool, small, custom set-up (diamond speaker/tube amp/spring reverb) up in a few weeks.
