I now know why Jerry Lee Lewis recorded “Big legged woman”

I’m a small framed man, 5’6” and 165#.
Thus, I’m attracted to women that don’t look like they could take me in a wrestling match.

But while I was at a belly dance recital this evening,
I kept finding myself saying, “Oh my!”

If the situation was as such that we were at a night club, I would have probably not been interested in these women.

But the movements and longevity of energy they have with their bodies almost intimidated me.

The next time I touch Polly on the hips, I will secretly think to myself, “oh yeah, them are some shaking hips.”

And no Gordon, much to my disappointment, Kevin did not dance.

Shame.

If he had danced it might have explained why Haysi Fantayzee recorded "John Wayne is Big Leggy."

Buddy, I understand where you are coming from.

My wife is a fraction of an inch taller than I am.

She stands at 6'1" plus the afore-mentioned fraction and I wouldn't trade her for anything (except maybe a working original 1929 RCA theremin with the speaker cabinet and instruction manuals for both).

As far as belly dancers, I have played drums at a few belly dancing events and often they live up to their name if you know what I mean...

Let me make a small clarification here since there is a slight chance the missus could read this (She has an ID here).

She is not big legged. They are long and beautiful, even though she would disagree...

a fraction of an inch? you got off light...
Polly is 4" taller than me. thank god she doesn't wear heels.

Polly thinks she wants to take up belly dancing, i've always thought her hips and hinie were great. so the idea doesn't bother me in the least.

Four inches. That's a pretty good bit but I have seen worse.

I have tried to get my wife to do belly dancing but she claims to be a little too shy.

Speaking of belly dancing, I have this idea for a song with Middle-Eastern and Cuban rhythms mixed together with a little theremin thrown on top.
