Ethervox manual?

I have found myself with my favorite Theremin here with me in Arizona

and it’s manual sitting in Northern California.

All of the links that I have found, so far, for an Ethervox manual are non-functional.

Does anyone know of a functioning link?

I will not be returning to California for a number of months and I really could 

use an Ethervox manual.

I know "of" Professor Hall, but I do not know him personally.

Last time I heard he was in Jerome.
