Pachyderm Presents

A night of electroacoustic music, sweet ambient sounds and hypnotic noises, featuring...

Bela Emerson

Bela Emerson constantly strives to explore the potential and extend the boundaries of the cello's place in contemporary music. Passionate and exciting, both musically and visually, she captivates her audience with her unique improvised performances on electric cello with loops and effects.

Same Actor

Chris Cook lived in Brighton, has been making electronic music of all kinds for many years and operating under the names Remote and Hot Roddy, plays sitar along with his beats at every gig. In 2004, Cook also started to play gigs as Same Actor, using various stringed instruments building up soundscapes on the fly using no pre recorded or pre sequenced material, but playing with alternative tuning systems and world rhythms.

With support from

Alexander Thomas

Thereminist featuring birds. "Frantic pedal pushing helps create layers of lush slow-changing harmonies over which he plays haunting melodies. These are gentle thought pieces, synaesthetic narratives of the kind only a Holophonor could recreate." - Skip The Budgie
