Anyone have a PCB design?

I'm looking to build a Theremin for my next project, but I'd like to etch my own PCB for one rather than use protoboard. Has anyone already designed a PCB that they are willing to share?

You can download a complete schematic, instruction manual, and PCB diagram for the PAIA Theremax. If you have skill etching boards, I would recommend this one as it represents a currently-manufactured theremin design. Mouser electronics should stock all the necessary parts.
