Etherwave Power Supply Source

I believe that the output connector for the
Etherwave external power supply has a 14VAC output and an earth ground pin. It appears that the supply is an OEM device made for Moog.

Does anybody know the manufacturer of the Moog
power supply or a manufacturer making a
standard power that has an earth ground pin?

Rather than building an external power supply or bringing 110VAC onto my PCB my preference is
for a low-cost isolated wall transformer.
An AC output or DC output that is between
5V and 14V RMS at 200mA would be fine.
