Im wondering since Moog discontinued the Etherwave Pro, what would it cost in parts to have the circuits necessary to shoot out CV controls?

I know someonw that can do it for me and of corse I know that it already has the power supply to do it but im wondering about the extra expenses.

Hi again EricK.

I can't help you with prices - my guess is you'll have to sit with a catalogue and figure that out - not many people have done the pitch to CV - it's a serious project - since I got curious about it a year ago I've only found one person that has done it. Moog's recommended service company in the UK (the Hammond Hire Company) looked at the circuit diagrams for me, but decided it wasn't worth following through. Well, I guess, since they never got back to me after that.

One thing I have learned is that some of the components are no longer in production - your man with the soldering iron, he's going to have to figure out how to adapt the circuit for available components.

The volume to CV mod, on the other hand, is trivial. Cost: a few dollars.
