Silent movie soundtrack commissioned by The Metropolitan Museum

I composed and played this soundtrack as a commission for The Metropolitan Museum in NYC.

A brief show and tell of some of the instruments I used (Moog Melodia theremin, Haken Continuum, Hohner claviola, bass waterphone, daxophone, and ondioline) right after the 13 minute movie. I skipped show and tell re the piano...

Thanks! The theremin was an old Moog Melodia. The other instrument you were referring to is the ondioline.

Great stuff, might I ask if this work is available for sale anywhere?  I would love to purchase a copy.  Oh and I have and love a 60s Melodia too!

First off, thank you! 

I doubt it’s for sale (esp since it’s up on YouTube) but who knows...? It was for The Metropolitan Museum so their call on this.

In any case I’m really glad you enjoyed it! Note: My Melodia was my first theremin and still love it!

Thanks once more!  For what it's worth and since you're in NYC I'll assume you've played one, but Charlie Hobbs' "Hobbs" theremin is really, really nice and is very much in the same ballpark as the Melodia to my ears.  I realize it's a bit crazy, but I keep an E-pro as my back up for my Hobbs and Melodia.

I just watched the video - very cool! I also liked the “Charlie Brown” voices  Your brief commentary at the end was also fascinating. Thanks.
