Can you make a video and post it here ?

I tried to make a video with sounds twice. Somehow my MIC won´t record the Theremin Sounds. No frequenz was recorded. I will try it again with another mic. Then i will link a video.

For the Power Supply i use this.

I did not find any power supply with "linear" support. What power supply do you use?

A linear power supply is a non-switching supply.
There is no high frequency oscillator to convert 230 V AC to 5 V DC.
It uses a transformer, a diode bridge rectifier, a linear regulator and a few capacitors for filtering.
It delivers a low noise 5 V DC and there is no high frequency electromagnetic field that could interfere with the theremin's oscillator.

An example here : https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005397831454.html.

Before buying it, as I told you before, try another phone charger.
It may have a different frequency and not interfere with the theremin.
The one you are using is a high power model which may deliver high EM fields.

I also struggled with grounding issues with the Open Theremin V4.  I tried a couple of very clean linear power supplies but they seemed to make things worse even when properly grounded.  That said, OP should definitely try a different USB charger - Apple brand is usually pretty good.

OP, does your amp have a grounded power cord?  Do you have a different amp, or even some powered speakers, that you can try?
