Well. . . I gave it up. I might have another crack at it sometime, but I have back log of projects now. I did build this though

and it works, within a limited range, with the theremin.
If anyone ever gets the Moog circuit to work I would love to hear about it. I think it would be a great PCB project but a little out of my skill level to build from scratch.
