I just checked out that site. They still offer free samples. They evin have a way to backlight that stuff. I saw the 3 ribbon controller you mentioned you wanted for use in a polyphonic theremin cello. I'm amazed Moog Music don't use this stuff in their synths.

I thought Moog did use ribbon controllers on stuff like the Micromoog?

They sure did, but they don't anymore. At least for the timebeing.

The micromoog had a short ribbon in the position now occupied by an effects wheel.

I played one of the MicroMoogs with the ribbon controller last week. It is a lot of fun.

I believe the Yamaha CS 80 had one too.

Cool!, I wonder why they quit using the ribbons? Not enough interest?
