Glad you got it sorted out. If you are looking to replace the antennas, there have been some good reports that the so-called "Lev Antenna" works well with the Theremax.

I chose to go the more traditional route of using a pitch-linearizing coil and rod-type antennaes with great success, but just adding the rod antennas alone does wonders for the operating range.

I can set my control range to anywhere from 6 feet away to as close as you want. I also changed the LC circuit frequency to reduce the pitch range to 5 1/2 octaves - this combined with the linearizing coil gives me a very playable instrument that I enjoy very much. I can set the spacing to be very similar to the Etherwave pro and go back and forth between the two without having to adjust my fingering positions.

I look forward to your further reports on the Theremax.
