I have been using a small Yorkville Personal monitor. It is 50 watts and is slanted like a monitor. I have a variety of inputs (CD xlr and 2 1/4".) I have had great luck with this unit, except that it does not have a line out (to go to a PA ect..) I love Yorkville gear, not to mention it has some power.

have a SR Jam150 I mostly got for my regular keyboard & vocals gigs. 150watts inc reverb and small mixer & inputs. Not cheap but nice. Good bass response.
