Hello everyone.

Can anyone answer me this? My theremin has fallen and the pitch antenna connection broke.

Can this be resoldered without a heat sink.

Thanks
-Chris A

P.S. obviously i can't send any new tunes to Spellbound until this issue is resolved.

From your pic, looks like you have an Etherwave? Where did the connection break? Was it at the joint on the main board?

In general, any time you're soldering around other components, you probably want to use a heat sink to help protect them from overheating. If you're not comfortable doing it yourself, any electronics repair shop would probably be able to help for a tiny fee (maybe even free if you give them a demo!)

Yes, the connection broke on the main board.

Thanks for your help, Jason.
