Help! What theremin is this?

Does anybody know what brand this theremin is?

It's the same one in all three photo's.

It's a Theremin 002 from No1derland.com, a rather exotic/esoteric manufacturer...

The big question here is: IS IT A THEREMIN?

Early definitions of the theremin, those that were written while Lev Termen was still alive by people (like musicologist Nicolas Slonimsky) who knew him personally, specify that a theremin is a space controlled instrument in which pitch and volume are regulated by the free gestures of the hands and arms.

I would argue that the "Theremin 002" is to an Etherwave Pro what Schroeder's piano is to a Steinway.

Technically speaking, the instrument the young lady is playing in the video above is not a "toy piano" at all. It is a TOY CELESTA.

The piano is an instrument in which hammers, controlled by a keyboard, strike a series of tuned strings. With the celesta, the hammers strike a series of tuned steel plates.

What the hell, piano or celesta, the girl is WONDERFUL!

She reminds me of the little leprechaun sized, synchronized twins in the old MOTHRA movies. Anybody remember them?
