Etherwave Standard

Ok I am coming to the conclusion that no body can help me with my first problem.(Where can i get a decent,affordable theremin within my location which is burlington ontario canada.)Thus, I have been looking at the etherwave standard, before i ask which volatage i should get, can i order this without a credit card and/or not online. Also do I have to order it? Is there a place near me where i can buy it from?

Check the moogmusic.com website for a list of dealers around the world. You can click to their Etherwave page and see dealers who (supposedly) carry their theremin line, though you may find the list is not always up to date or the dealers are out of stock from time to time. Another option is eBay - lots of great deals there, and if you've got some PayPal saved up, it's a great way to buy.
