For those of you not familiar with Ms Kurstin, some have called her the second coming of Clara Rockmore. She has incredible pitch and plays a unique walking-bass style of theremin unlike nothing I've ever heard.
The announcement also mentions that the Etherwave Pro is expected to ship around the end of April. Can't wait!!
