This looks interesting and potentially hackable as a new theremin-like controller. The upcoming Gametrak PS2 controller from In2Games promises 1mm accuracy within a 3m cube in free space. All those metric measurements must mean one thing... You guessed it, the website only lists upcoming distribution plans for Europe at the moment.
