According to reports on LEVNET, The Machinist, written by Scott Kosar, directed by Bran Anderson, features a theremin heavily in the soundtrack (and played by Lydia Kavina!)

I can't wait for this to be available on DVD, as the chances of it coming to my neck of the woods seem pretty slim.
