New ThereminWorld news features added

You might have noticed a couple of minor tweaks to the website in the past few days:

I added "categories" to the news items so you can quickly find related stories or sort the news page by category.
I improved the performance of the main news RSS feed by making it a static file rather than hitting the database every time you load the page.
You can now submit news tips via the news tips page.
Finally, I prettied-up the news feeds just a bit to make them easier to read.

I've tested primarily with IE6, so please let me know if you see any problems with the new features. Enjoy!
