Minor forums update

I spent some time tonight prettying up the forums a bit and adding some new features:
  • New most read posts page: Find out which topics have been read the most
  • New most active posts page: See which posts have the most replies
  • Top 10 most active posters are now recognized in their posts
  • The forums summary page got a face-lift and now shows the most recent post title
