I just uploaded some video to Veoh of Pamelia Kurstin playing a replica theremin cello at Ethermusic 2005. The cello was built by famed modeler Floyd Engels, also known in the theremin community for his reproduction RCA Theremin antennas and diamond-shaped speakers. You'll hear his voice in the footage.
This was the first day Pamelia had ever played the theremin cello, but as you can see from the video, she picked it up quickly!
