This isn't really new news, but for some reason it's the first time I've covered Masami Takeuchi. Takeuchi, billed as Japan's first professinal thereminist, has written 2 books about the theremin: Ether Music and the Man who Lived 20th Century Russia is a a detailed look at the life of Leon Theremin, akin to the Glinsky book, and The Theremin is Repelled (that's an auto-translation, I hope I got it right!) is a theremin method book.
