The 20th edition of the MADE IN PRAGUE festival brings the best of contemporary Czech film, theatre, music and arts to London for a packed program in November 2016. The festival is launched with the UK premiere of THEREMIN, a theatre play by award-winning writer and filmmaker PETR ZELENKA, telling the story of Theremin’s musical discoveries and controversial life. The play has received multiple awards, including the best actor award for IVAN TROJAN (Alfred Radok price).
Marking Leon Theremin’s 120th birthday, the Czech Centre partners with Theremin virtuoso LYDIA KAVINA and Theremin Academy director THIERRY FRENKEL to organize a series of workshops.
